Defense against allegations under the Criminal Code (StGB)

Defense against allegations under the Narcotics Act (BtMG)

The most common manifestations of Narcotics Act violations (BtMG) are trade in and possession and cultivation of narcotics. It should be noted that the minimum penalties for offenses within the meaning of the BtMG are comparatively very high.
